About the event
Last year in November of 2019 when PASH was born, the first idea that popped into my head was "lets have a Food Allergy Friendly Food Drive!" We live in Austin, Texas with a population of a little over 2 million people, but we live in a country with 26 million adults and 5.6 million children who has one or more food allergies. Knowing how hard it has been to find "safe" foods for Peyton during this time with Covid, I thought we here at PASH would hold a food allergy friendly food drive and donate the safe foods collected to the Central Texas Food Bank.
